The Sexual Misconduct Policy (embedded below) gives policy definitions of sexual assault, sexual expolitation, sexual harassment, sex and/or gender discrimination, gender-based stalking, and gender-based relationship violence. The Sexual Misconduct Adjudication Process describes the special fact-finding process that occurs in cases of sexual misconduct, and is summarized in a flowchart embedded below.
